Auditions for "Show Us What You've Got Scholarship" 2011-2012 Program

CenterStage invites children to audition for music and dance scholarships to attend the Queens Center for the Performing Arts. The scholarship is funded by organizations including The Josephine Foundation, Macy’s, Sky View Center, the Sheraton East Hotel, the Queens Courier, and friends of CenterStage. 

Scholarship program schedule:

-First round of auditions on Sept. 21 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

-Second round of auditions on Sept. 24 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

-Final judging and awards Oct. 5 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the Sheraton East Hotel, 135-20 39th Ave., in Flushing. An award reception will also be held.

-Public concert with the all-star band held Oct. 9 from 2p.m. to 4 p.m. held at Sky View Center located at 40-24 College Point Blvd., in Flushing.
