Vallone Picks Bell Boulevard Site for Council Office

Councilman opens headquarters at Bell Plaza.

Paul Vallone, who was sworn in Wednesday as the new councilman for northeast Queens, said he has opened his office in a building along Bell Boulevard.

Vallone, who is replacing Dan Halloran as the councilman for Bayside, Douglaston and Little Neck, debuted his district office in suite 507 at Bell Plaza, a building located at 42-40 Bell Blvd., on Thursday.

"With the snow coming in, it'll be good for people to have our number," he said. "It's a perfect space, we're right on Bell. We found really good square footage and the landlord worked very well with us."

To reach Vallone's office, local residents can either call 718-619-8611 or email pvallone@council.nyc.gov.

Vallone said he will eventually hold an official grand opening for the office.

"I think we are currently one of the only new Council members that already have office space and a phone number," he said. "The phones are ringing and people are already coming in."
