Kaplan Test Prep Free SAT and ACT Practice Test

Kaplan Test Prep Holds Free SAT and ACT Practice Test Events for College Applicants on Saturday November 16.

It's
that time of year when questions like "What's on the SAT?", "What's on
the ACT?", "Should I take both?", "How important are these exams in the
college admissions process?" can preoccupy the minds of students and
parents alike. To demystify it all, Kaplan Test Prep will hold its free
National Practice Test Day on Saturday, November 16 at locations all
around the country and live online.

Here's how it works: Students
will take both an SAT and ACT practice test, which helps to familiarize
them with the content. After taking the free practice tests, each
participant will receive a personalized detailed performance analysis.
This will give the student an idea of which test they should prepare for
and take- though many students ultimately decide to sit for both exams.

According
to Kaplan Test Prep's 2013 survey of college admissions officers,
nearly 90% of schools across the country require a student to submit a
score from either the SAT or ACT. And doing well on the exams can help
college applicants secure strong merit-based financial aid packages.
