A new wine bar planned for 235th Street has submitted applications to the state's Liquor Authority and work on the building is underway.
The bar, located at 40-45 235th St. will be known as Wine Time.
The establishment's owner has put up pink flyers around the community. Patrons who bring in the flyer will get 10 percent off their first bill.
Angelo Kouloufakos, of Station Realty told Patch that the site would serve beer, wine, appetizers, salami, cheese and fruit.
