Steve Behar is an attorney and small business owner.  Steve began his career as an attorney at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.  He as also practiced at a major Wall Street law firm and served as Corporate Counsel at a Fortune 175 corporation.
Today, Steve's law practice serves small and medium-sized businesses in the areas of corporate law, securities law and international transactions.  He also owns two small businesses. Steve has a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University at Albany; a M.B.A. in Finance and Management with an emphasis on International Business from Tulane University; a J.D. from Tulane University; and a LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University.
