I'm an Elmhurst, Queens native with offices in both Astoria and Middle Village.

A career journalist and editor, I focus mostly on sports, music and New York issues. Since 2003, I've written for the New York Times, New York Daily News, SLAM, XXL, VIBE and New York Press among many others. I've interviewed rapper Lil'Wayne, boxer Mike Tyson and NBA star Kevin Durant among many others.

My favorite recreational activities include hunting for the best hamburgers and pizza in the Northeast, supporting indie hip-hop and going to hockey games in obscure places.
