Elana Mugdan, Neighbor

Elana A. Mugdan is the founder and CEO of Shivnath Productions, an independent film production company based in New York City.  She is an award-winning director and producer, and her debut film, "Director's Cut", is currently touring the festival circuit and in talks for distribution.   She is absolutely crazy about filmmaking, dragons, and ice cream.
