The church serves both Douglaston and Little Neck residents. It also operates St. Anastasia School, which has more than 200 students in pre-kindergarten through eighth grade.

St. Anastasia also offers a youth ministries program and provides space for Knights of Columbus Council #5911. The church's weekly activities include an aerobics class, Italian Language classes, volunteer programs and a doughnuts and coffee hour following Sunday Mass.
