Udall's Park is often so quiet that every bird chirp and rustle through its high grasses can be heard.</p> <p>The park is owned by the state and managed by the city's Department of Parks and Recreation. It is named after Richard Udall, who purchased a mill in 1833 near Udalls Cove, which is located along Little Neck Bay. </p>
