With an office tucked away around the corner from Beach Bum Tanning, the Bayside BID was created by business and…More property owners who wanted to help themselves. They pay for additional sanitation services in the neighborhood, sponsor special festivals and events, as well as holiday decorations to make Bayside a more appealing place for shoppers.</p> <p>The BID has also worked to create more street parking through community awareness initiatives for proper parking.</p>
