PS 98 Elementary School

<p>PS 98 Elementary School, also known as the Douglaston School of Literature, is located along scenic 235th Street in Douglaston. It is one block from the community's Long Island Rail Road station.</p> <p>The brick schoolhouse is frequently cited among the city's highest-ranking for test scores. Sheila Huggins is the school's principal.</p> <p>The school offers a variety of extracurricular activities and clubs for its students, including Dancing Classrooms, a citywide dance competition that PS 98 won in 2006.</p> <p>PS 98's student body includes pre-kindergarten through fifth grade.</p>
