<p>Bally Total Fitness in Little Neck is located on the service road of the Long Island Expressway, just next to the Cross Island Parkway. The club is very much in demand. Finding on street metered parking can be a challenge; however, they offer free off-street valet parking for two hours.</p> <p>The club has the full complement of machines, and every square foot is utilized. The lower level has free weights for the "old school" bodybuilders, the ground level has an aerobics room, and to round it all out, there's a 4 lane 25 foot pool, a co-ed whirlpool and a sauna.</p>
