The SHIFT of POWER from Addiction to Wellbeing

There is a sea of well-being flowing now right next to you, calling you to step in and flow with it. Well-being is there all of the time, available all of the time, ready to accept you all of the time--and you are ALWAYS WORTHY to step into it—all of the time.

It does not matter WHAT YOU HAVE DONE, as it does not judge.

It does not matter WHAT YOU HAVE BEEN, as it does not care.

At any point as you live in fear YOU ARE WORTHY of living and flowing with well-being, in the flow of joy.

Do you know that joy is just a choice away?

Do you know that you are welcome to choose it at any time?

Do you know that you can never be UNWORTHY of flowing in it?

Do you know that well-being is at your doorstep with every breath you take ready to flow with you the moment you choose to flow with it?

You could be sitting in a jail cell right now on a hard, cold, stone floor and this well-being is right next to you, waiting for you to flow into it.

You could have the world crashing down around you and this well-being would be waiting, no, WANTING you to choose it. It does not matter what you have done; it does matter what you choose.

You can choose to flow with it or outside of it, but you could never flow so much outside of it that you would be unable to choose it.

Well-being is calling you with every breath and every step and more importantly, with every CHOICE YOU MAKE. "One"
