Holiday Lighting Ceremony, Small Business Saturday Highlight Week in NE Queens

Tuesday

Bayside's Vibez Studio, located at 32-43 Francis Lewis Blvd., is offering a free Zumbini trial class for youngsters and their parents at 5:30 p.m.

Saturday

Karma Boutique, located at 38-27 Bell Blvd., is holding its Shop Small event as part of Small Business Saturday. The event will include champagne and prizes.

Also, the Bayside Village Business Improvement District is holding an all-day Small Business Saturday with participating businesses along Bell Boulevard. Click here for more information.

Sunday

Brooklyn All-Star center Brook Lopez will hold a basketball pro camp at Queens College's Fitzgerald Gym, located at 65-30 Kissena Blvd.

And the Bayside Hills Civic Association will hold its annual Christmas and Chanukah lighting ceremony at 5 p.m. at the corner of Bell Boulevard and 53rd Avenue, where attendees will light a Christmas tree and menorah. A bevy of elected officials and community groups will attend.

The Queens County Farm Museum, located at 73-50 Little Neck Parkway, will hold a day of composting, beginning at 10:30 a.m.
