Zumba classes are offered every Wednesday at the Cardiac Health Center of the New York Hospital of Queens, in Fresh Meadows. Pay as you go to this invigorating, hour long session, which starts at 6:30 p.m. Classes are $10 per person, per session. Prior registration is not required.
