The NYC Parks and Recreation Urban Park Rangers are hosting this free event at Fort Totten on Sunday, Dec. 19th at 11:00 am. Participants will enjoy looking for and spying on various birds that are taking refuge from the cold, colder than we know it, in Little Neck Bay. Prior registration is not required.
