The Bay Terrace Branch of the Queens Public Library will be host to an author appearance on Thursday, Feb. 10 at 5:00 p.m. Guests are invited to meet Mark Rosendorf, author of Rasner's Revenge: The Rasner Effect III. Rosendorf will be signing books, while the Bay Terrace Public Library provides attendees with refreshments.
