Team Kralj Mixed Martial Arts is hosting a free women's self-defence class being held on June 2, 2012 in our fitness studio located on 40-35 235street Douglaston , NY 11363 right between Giftalicious and Custom Sounds. Our moms or single ladies will learn just the basic technique (basic kicking and basic hand movements) that may help us if ever needed to defend ourselves from an attacker. The class is a free event and it will be held at 1:00 pm to 1:50 pm.
