Northeast Queens Students Make Dean's List, Graduate

Two from Bayside and another from Douglaston are honored for academic achievements.

Two students from Bayside and another from Douglaston were placed on the dean’s list for the spring semester, while another northeast Queens student graduated with a degree in mathematics.

Three students made the dean’s list at the State University of New York’s Geneseo campus, including Douglaston’s Kristina Vulin as well as Bayside’s Peter Ku and Inhwa Song.

To make the list at SUNY Geneseo, a student must achieve a 3.5 grade point average while taking a minimum of 12 credit hours.

And Bayside’s Brian Rafferty graduated with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics at Pennsylvania’s Haverford College on May 19.
