Northeast Queens Students Make Dean's List, Earn Degrees

Students from Bayside and Little Neck are honored for academic achievements and graduate.

A bevy of students from northeast Queens were recently placed on their school’s dean’s list or received a diploma.

Bayside’s Jessica Ho made the dean’s list at Providence College for the spring semester. To be placed on the list, a student must achieve a 3.5 average with a minimum of 12 credits.

Little Neck’s Debbie Ali made the list for the spring semester at St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY. To earn a spot on that list, a student must have a 3.6 average and complete four semester units.

Michelle Radow, of Bayside, was placed on the list at the State University of New York’s Oneonta campus. Students must earn a 3.5 average with 12 semester hours to make the list.

Two other local students recently received degrees. Bayside’s Janine Medina earned a master’s degree in Health Informatics at the University of Illinois at Chicago’s College of Applied Sciences.
