Four students from Little Neck and one from Douglaston were named to the dean’s list at the State University of New York at New Paltz for the fall semester.
The four Little Neck students included Alexa Giokas, Matthew Koopersmith, Carly Shaw and Renee Petrillo.
Giokas is currently undeclared, while Koopersmith’s major is philosophy. Shaw’s major is psychology and Petrillo is studying journalism.
Douglaston’s Evan Rosenberg is a history major.
To make the list at SUNY New Paltz, students must be enrolled full-time and earn at least a 3.3 grade point average.
