The 16th Annual Mid-Summer Blood Drive at NCC

Location: College center building

Make a blood donation on the college campus that will be used to help Nassau University Medical Center maintain its blood supply in the trauma center.

Summertime is a high-need season for blood donation. The blood drive is part of the school's annual effort to support its local community, according to Dr. Arthur Friedman, coordinator of the NCC blood drive.
"At Nassau Community College we take our community service responsibilities seriously," said Friedman.
"The NCC family will do its part to maintain an adequate blood supply. We invite all members of the community to join our more than 50 gallon club members in our efforts to meet Long Island's blood needs. We look forward to working in partnership with community residents in this much needed blood drive. I am very proud of NCC's commitment to this effort."
