You are warmly invited to join us at SNAP of Eastern Queens as the Health and Wellness Department presents "The National Senior Health and Fitness Day Health Expo"!  There will be educational seminars as well as various medical screenings to empower seniors to take a proactive approach to their health.  Included in the program will be a continental breakfast and great giveaways! Brings friends and/or family to this important day, and take away new knowledge and more! Delicious hot lunch served daily*.  Come to SNAP of Eastern Queens and see for yourself all that this agency has to offer.   *Suggested dontation - $2.50
