Hon. Ann-Margaret Carrozza, Esq. Hosts Estate Tax & Elder Law Update at Douglaston-Little Neck Community Library

Hon. Ann-Margaret Carrozza, Esq., an elder law attorney and former member of the New York State Assembly for 14 years is presenting a free Estate Tax & Elder Law Update on Monday, June 6, 2011 at 6:30pm at the Douglaston-Little Neck Community Library, which is located at 249-01  Northern Boulevard.

Participants at this event will learn what they need to know about the recent estate tax changes. The program will also focus on how to manage a loved one’s assets when they are no longer capable, how to protect one’s home and other assets when a loved one needs long-term care, estate planning – what happens when the "well" spouse dies first and other estate planning issues.
