Voter Registration Deadline is Oct. 12

New York City residents only have one week left to register to vote.

Northeast Queens residents only have one week left to register to vote in the Nov. 6 election.

The deadline to register to vote in this year's election is Oct. 12. If you're planning on voting for Barack Obama, Mitt Romney or a local candidate but haven't yet registered, your time is running out.

If you have not registered, you can do so online or in person at one of the board's offices. You can also print out a registration form at home and mail it in.
