Video: Vallone Gives Victory Speech in Bayside
Flushing attorney wins Democratic primary for Halloran's seat.
Paul Vallone, a Flushing attorney and brother of Councilman Peter Vallone Jr., won the Democratic primary for Councilman Dan Halloran's seat Tuesday night.
The Council hopeful addressed a crowd of cheering supporters, which included state Sen. Toby Stavisky and U.S. Rep. Grace Meng, at Bayside's Vivaldi Restaurant.
