The MTA is urging people to stay home and avoid mass transit, as the system is fraught with services suspensions and delays.
The 7 train is suspended, and both local and express buses are running with delays. Patch received an unconfirmed report that 150 busses were stuck in Brooklyn last night at around 12:33 p.m.
Warren Schreiber of the Bay Terrace Community Alliance also reports spotting a bus in his neighborhood which was stuck in the snow.
