Meng to Host Congress On Your Corner Event on Aug. 21
Congresswoman's Flushing event will be third meet and greet with residents in her district.
U.S. Rep. Grace Meng, D-Flushing, will host her third “Congress on Your Corner” event on Aug. 21 in Flushing.
During the event, residents from Meng’s district will be able to speak one-on-one with the congresswoman about local issues or concerns.
The event will run from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the Pomonok Library, which is located at 158-21 Jewel Ave. in Flushing.

“These events are great ways to talk with constituents in their own neighborhoods about anything they want to discuss,” Meng said. “I encourage all local residents to attend and I look forward to seeing them.”
The congresswoman’s previous two “Congress on Your Corner” events were held in Middle Village and Fresh Meadows.
