Meng Celebrates 100 Days in Office

Congresswoman addresses constituents on first 100 days in office.

Time flies when you're legislating.

It's been more than 100 days since U.S. Rep. Grace Meng, D-Flushing, was sworn in as a U.S. congresswoman for Queens. Meng marked the occasion with an address to constituents.

“It’s hard to believe that 100 days have passed since I took the oath of office,” said Meng. “But since being sworn-in, I’ve hit the ground running, working non-stop for the people I’m honored to represent. I thank all who came out to celebrate this momentous occasion with me.”

How do you think Meng is doing so far? Post your comment in the section provided below.
