Julia Harrison Endorses Voskerichian for Halloran's Seat

Former councilwoman for Flushing gives the nod to Halloran's former chief of staff.

Former City Councilwoman Julia Harrison has thrown her weight behind Chrissy Voskerichian in the race for Councilman Dan Halloran’s seat.

Voskerichian, who is Halloran’s former chief of staff, picked up an endorsement from Harrison, who had worked with the City Council contender through the 109th Precinct Community Council.

“She has deep roots in her community and counts among her many volunteer activities her leadership as president of the 109th Precinct Community Council,” said Harrison, who previously covered Flushing on the City Council. “With Chrissy as our councilwoman, we will have the strong voice of a leader of integrity, devoted to helping people, thoroughly aware of our cares and concerns.”
