Halloran Cuts Ribbon on Campaign Office

Months into campaign, Republican refocuses campaign on economy.

City Councilman Dan Halloran opened his campaign office in style over the weekend, with a few of his closest Republican compatriots.

Halloran, R-Whitestone, addressed a friendly crowd at the event, framing his own campaign platform as one of job creation and economic growth for local business owners.

"This election is about three things: jobs, jobs and jobs," Halloran said. "Hope and change starts at home. We are going to fix things because we are not better off today than we were four years ago."
