The Republican Convention is underway in Tampa, despite Hurricane Isaac nearly stealing its thunder, and the Democratic National Convention will kick off on Sept. 4 in Charlotte.
Speakers at the GOP's convention will not only include presidential candidate Mitt Romney and his running mate, Paul Ryan, but also Newt Gingrich and New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie.
At the Democratic convention, speakers include former Presidents Bill Clinton and Jimmy Carter, former Republican governor of Florida Charlie Crist, Caroline Kennedy and, of course, President Barack Obama.
