CB 11 to Discuss Variance for Auto Shop, Services for Seniors at December Meeting
Board will meet on Dec. 2 at Bayside's M.S. 158.
Community Board 11 will hold a hearing on a variance for an auto repair shop and hear a presentation on services for seniors at the Samuel Field Y during its December meeting.
The board will meet at 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 2 at M.S. 158, located at 46-35 Oceania St. in Bayside.
The evening’s only hearing will be on an application to extend the term of an existing variance for Northern Boulevard’s Genesis Auto Repair Service.

There will be a presentation on services provided by the Samuel Field Y for seniors during the meeting.
Those interested in speaking during the meeting’s public participation should call District Manager Susan Seinfeld at 718-225-1054 no later than Nov. 29.
