Teens Robbed At Gunpoint

One injury reported in early Tuesday morning incident at Parkwood Estates in Glen Oaks

Four youths were robbed at gunpoint on a street corner at Parkwood Estates in Glen Oaks early Tuesday morning by three men wearing masks, according to police.

The teens were sitting in a parked BMW at the corner of 71st Avenue and 252nd Street, one block west of Little Neck Parkway, when the incident occurred at 1:25 a.m., said 105th Precinct Detective Jovoda Cooper.

According to Cooper, one of the assailants displayed a silver-plated semi-automatic handgun.

One of the victims was punched several times in the face, police said. The victim was treated and released from Long Island Jewish Medical Center.

No arrests have been made.
