Police Search for Suspects in 14 Queens Commercial Robberies

Two men are being sought for robbing stores across the borough between late November and January.

Police are searching for two men who have taken part in 13 commercial gunpoint robberies during the past two months.

During each incident, the two masked suspects walked into stores, displayed firearms and stole items. No injuries have been reported during any of the incidents, police said.

Both suspects have been described as black or Hispanic males, according to the NYPD. The first suspect was wearing dark clothing, glasses, a Yankee baseball hat and a partial mask. The second suspect was wearing a black leather jacket, a black facemask and a skullcap.

The first incident occurred on Nov. 29 at a Gulf gas station on Farmers Boulevard, while the second took place at a Quick Script Pharmacy on Hillside Avenue on Dec. 5.

The third incident occurred on Dec. 10 at Norden Drugs Rajani on Main Street, while the fourth happened on Dec. 15 at Total Wireless on 230th Street.

The fifth and sixth incidents took place on Dec. 17 and 19 at a Great Big Supermarket on 144th Avenue and a Gulf gas station on 150th Street, respectively.

The robbers next struck on Dec. 24 at a 99 Cent Store on Rockaway Boulevard and then on Dec. 31 at 71st Avenue’s Gas Sale. The ninth incident took place at a bodega on 45th Avenue at 70th Street on Dec. 31.

The duo’s first robbery of the new year occurred on Jan. 7 at a T-Mobile store on Jamaica Avenue, which was then followed by a second robbery at Great Big Supermarket on 144th Avenue on Jan. 15.

Then, on Jan. 18, the pair robbed a Boost Mobile Store on Hillside Avenue and, that same day, struck a 99 Cent Store on Rockaway Boulevard.

The final incidents occurred on Jan. 20. The first took place at a Merrick Mobile Gas Station on Merrick Boulevard, while the second was at a Mobile on Hillside Avenue.

 During the incidents, the suspects took cash, cell phones or other property from the stores.
