Crime Down in the 111th Precinct, Capt. Leyson Says

Capt. Leyson gave the stats at Wednesday's meeting of the Clinton Democratic Club.

The 124 uniformed members of the 111th Precinct, who patrol Little Neck, Douglaston and Bayside, seem to be doing their jobs, since crime in most categories is down considerably from last year, said Capt. Ronald Leyson at the Clinton Democratic Club meeting Wednesday.

Leyson offered some insight into how the area is faring versus last year. Here are the year-to-date numbers.
