Body Found Floating in Oakland Lake

Unidentified corpse discovered early Monday morning

The body of an unidentified man was found floating in Oakland Lake early Monday morning, the NYPD says.

The corpse, apparently that of an Asian man in his 50s wearing a light-colored shirt and dark pants, was discovered shortly after 8:00 a.m.

Police said there were no signs of violence and were unsure how long the body had been in the water.

On Friday, another , a white male, 5’11” tall, 177 pounds with brown eyes and graying hair was found after washing up from the Little Neck Bay onto the Great Neck shoreline, according to Nassau County Police.
