Armed Men Rob Douglaston 7 Eleven

Suspects Stole Cash and Cigarettes from Northern Boulevard Store, Police Say

Police said they are searching for three robbers who held up a 7 Eleven along Northern Boulevard in Douglaston at gunpoint this weekend.

The robbers entered the 7 Eleven, located at 246-15 Northern Blvd. in Douglaston, around 5:40 a.m. Sunday and took an undetermined amount of cash and cigarettes, a spokesman for the 111th Precinct said.

The suspects waved their weapons at a store employee before fleeing in a vehicle in an unknown direction, the spokesman said.

The robbers were caught on the store’s video surveillance, which is being reviewed by the precinct’s detective squad.

Alexander Dimagmaliw, manager of the store, said the suspects pointed their guns at one of his employees during the robbery.

“They ran in and out in less than a minute,” Dimagmaliw said.

The 7 Eleven is located across the street from Douglaston’s St. Anastasia Church.

Police have not yet released descriptions of the suspects. No arrests have been made at this time.
