Patch Asks: Did You Feel the Earthquake?

The Virginia-based quake shook the earth around New York and beyond. Share your experience with us.

A 5.8 magnitude earthquake based in Virginia rocked much of the East Coast on Tuesday afternoon, cutting cell service and creating a buzz of general confusion in a part of the country more accustomed to snow and hail than feeling the earth move.

We want to know: Did you feel the 'quake? Where were you when it happened? Was this a new experience, or are you old-hat when it comes to such natural disasters? Is this a sign of global warming, the impending apocalypse, or neither? Tell us in the comments.
