BHCA 2013 Spring Festival

BHCA 2013 Spring Festival Thank You's

Dear Community,

I just wish to express my appreciation to everybody who contributed in making our BHCA Fifth Annual Spring Festival such an incredible success.

I'll try to thank everybody I can who participated in this awesome collaborative effort, and please forgive me if I leave anybody out. Before I do, I must inform you that this was the largest attended BHCA event in our history and I couldn't be more proud of all these participants.

Anyway, here goes - our special gratitude to: Monsignor Geraghty and St. Robert Bellarmine Church, and our BHCA Board of Directors with Fran and William Liao as joint Chair. Other BHCA folks contributing include Christina and Armando Cortino, Rita Kashdan, Carole Papadatos, Jay Koellner, and Joe Lubomski.

Our special guests attending were Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer; State Senator Tony Avella; State Assemblyman Ed Braunstein; The Queens Zoo; The Real Georgie Porgie Magician; Kent Prep Mathnasium; Forever Dance LLC; Go Tennis; our local media including Times Ledger, Bayside Patch, Queens Courier, and Queens Chronicle; Extreme/NY Black Belt Center; The Bayside Colonial Church; Press 195; Queens Natural Meats; Queens Health Emporium; Keil Bros Garden Center & Nursery; The Boy Scouts of America; CERT; and Jess Feiner, audio expert. Most important of all, I would like to thank all those beautiful children in attendance with (of course) their appreciative parents. That was extraordinary! Next year our spring Festival promises to be bigger and better ever. Hope to see you all then!
