Memories of Bayside
Margaret Gruen will be sharing her memories of growing up in Bell Park Gardens in Bayside, Queens in the 1950's - - a time of childhood joy and the magical light of summer.
The author will introduce the readers to a day she spent in the children's reading room of The Windsor Park Community Library in Bayside, Queens as an adult and how that led to her writing True Love - twelve chronicles that all lead back to her childhood growing up in Bayside in the 1950's.
Ms. Gruen will post three of these chronicles and will engage the readers in their own memories of Bayside.
