UV Levels on the Rise

Time to break out the hats and sunglasses.

With summer gearing up, UV levels are on the rise.

Douglaston and Little Neck will both be in the medium level for UV rays for the next three days. It will peak at 6.5 on Thursday, drop to 6.4 on Friday and fall to 6 on Saturday, according to Pollen.com.

Nearby Bayside's levels will be at 9 on Thursday and Friday, placing it in the medium-high level range. On Saturday, it will drop slightly to 8.
