Why Go: Dubbed “one of the most popular local bands around,” The Rogues will cover music spanning the past five decades.

4. Fort Totten Pool
Where and When: At 338 Story Avenue. Any day from 11 a.m. to 2:45 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.
Why Go: It’s one of the best ways to beat the heat while being active.

5. Sunday Brunch
Where and When: Donovan’s Grill & Tavern. On Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
