Bird Club to Host Photography Event at APEC

Wildlife photographer will present slide show of spring warblers on May 16.

The Queens County Bird Club will host a wildlife photography program at on May 16.

David Speiser, a wildlife photographer who works for New York’s Audubon Society, will unveil a photo slideshow of spring warblers and take part in a discussion on the birds.

Speiser’s photos have been featured in a number of publications, including Birder’s World and Audubon Magazine.

The event, which will begin at 8 p.m. and include light refreshments, is part of the bird club’s monthly evening series at APEC.
