Bayside Hills Civic Will Host Q&A with City Agency Representatives

Traffic issues and construction will be among topics at April 30 forum.

The Bayside Hills Civic Association will host a forum on April 30 that will allow local residents to question representatives from several city agencies.  

“Meet Our City Gov’t Officials Night” will begin at 8 p.m. at the Colonial Church of Bayside.   

Guests will include city Department of Buildings Queens Liaison Anthony Iuliano, Department of Parks Deputy Chief of Operations for Queens Phil Sparacio, Queens’ Parks District Manager Joseph Block and Department of Transportation Borough Planner Albert Silvestri.  

Michael Feiner, president of the civic association, said topics of discussion at the meeting would include local construction, such as the property being built on 211th Street in Bayside Hills, as well as traffic issues, the appearance of local malls, the condition of structures along 48th Avenue and the Long Island Expressway’s service road and other quality of life issues.    

The Colonial Church of Bayside is located at 54-02 217th St.
