Announcements
State Sen. Tony Avella, D-Bayside, will meet with co-op and condo owners Monday to rally for the renewal of an expired property tax abatement. The rally will begin at 11 a.m. at 212th Street and 14th Avenue in Bay Terrace.
The will open on July 8 in the traffic circle of the Long Island Rail Road's Douglaston station.
Also, alternate side parking and parking meters will be suspended on July 4 for Independence Day.
