Events
On Monday, Alley Pond Environmental Center will offer its Wee Sprouts and Toddler Time programs.
Universal pre-kindergarten will begin Monday and run every day of the week after school at the Community Church of Douglaston.
The Douglaston Little Neck Library Friends will elect its new members on Tuesday.
This Thursday, Community District Education Council 26 will host its monthly meeting at 7 p.m. at M.S. 67, which is located at 51-60 Marathon Parkway in Little Neck.
On Saturday, the Bayside Historical Society will host a sewing social at Fort Totten’s castle. The Bayside Village Business Improvement District will hold its arts and crafts festival along Bell Boulevard on Saturday afternoon.
Announcements
Mobile service for the Bayside Library, located at 214-20 Northern Blvd., is currently in service. The library will be closed for a few months to allow for a renovation.
