Community Update

Purchased an engagement ring from ken and have nothing but problems. When I first picked it up the gold was very shoddy in the polishing work, and was told there was no way to get into those areas. I took the ring because I already had the special day planned. Within 2 weeks 2 of the small stones fell out and brought the ring back to him to be replaced. This is when I found out he doesn't even set his own stone he subcontracts it to someone else. We got the ring back after 12 days and it looked good. Now 3 months later the MAIN STONE falls out and was luckily found. I am going to be bringing back to get reset and me and my fiancées family are disgusted and will not be shopping here any longer.
