City Tree Stump Removal/Sidewalk Repair and More....
Current issues being addressed at Community Board 11
The city has crews out and about removing the left over tree stumps from Sandy. Sidewalk repairs are being completed by unit within DDC and are ongoing because of the warmer than normal winter so far.
Stumps are being marked with orange or red numbers when they are on the list to be removed. If your stump is not marked, it is important that you call 311 and file a report.
The cross walk signals at the interesection of Douglaston Parkway and Northern Boulevard are scheduled to have count down timers installed very soon. I will keep you updated.
