I chose something of the semi-homemade variety — what a frequent dining guest at my abode had dubbed "puff pizza." Why? Maybe because the dough is somewhat too puffy for the pan and gives rise to an abundant crust.
Regardless, this dish satisfies in a pinch and can be made with ingredients that can be procured rather easily. Simply pick up a medium-sized dough and pizza sauce at your local pizzeria, and add cheese and your preferred toppings. Voila.
